This Privacy Policy explains what information Lifetime Automations collects through lifetimeautomations.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information you provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The content of your message

Booking a call on /book works the same way. What you enter (name, phone, and if you add them your email, business name and what you'd like help with) reaches us like a contact form message, together with the time you picked and which of our pages or free tools you came from, so we can call you then.

If you check the SMS consent box, we also record that you agreed to receive text messages and the date and time you gave that consent.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Send appointment and confirmation messages
  • Follow up about the services you requested

SMS and Mobile Information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep contact form submissions and related consent records only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, and maintain reasonable business records.

You may request that we delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@lifetimeautomations.com. We will confirm once the request has been completed, unless we are required to retain certain records by law.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics or hosting-provider logs to understand general site usage (such as page views and device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We are testing two versions of the main button on our home page. One first-party cookie, la_btn, keeps the same version for you for 90 days; it holds only the letter A or B. We count, without identifying you, which version was shown and whether its buttons and forms were used. Your browser keeps small notes in its local storage (names starting with la_) so each step is counted once, and, for 30 days, whether you arrived from one of our tools in ChatGPT or Claude. These counts are not shared, and are kept as described for the tools below.

Our Free Shop Tools in ChatGPT and Claude

Published by Lifetime Logistics Services LLC. Lifetime Automations offers free tools for barbershops, salons and other local service businesses inside ChatGPT and Claude: a website checkup, a missed revenue calculator, a review sign maker, a price menu maker and a text message checker (see how they work). Lifetime Logistics Services LLC publishes and operates them, and this section covers them. In this section, “we” means Lifetime Logistics Services LLC and Lifetime Automations, and both keep these promises.

What we receive: only what you or the assistant send to a tool to get your result, such as a website address, a business name, prices and services, a review or booking link, the numbers for the calculator, or the text message you want checked. We do not receive your name, your email, your ChatGPT or Claude account, or your conversation.

How we use it: only to produce the result you asked for. The website checkup opens the public page you name and sends its address to Google PageSpeed Insights to measure mobile speed (Google’s privacy policy applies to that request). The review sign and price menu put your details, encrypted, inside the download link itself; the PDF is created when the link is opened.

What we keep and for how long: we do not store what you send to a tool. Print links stop working after 24 hours and we keep no copy of the file. We keep only anonymous daily counts of which tool was used, whether from ChatGPT or Claude, and whether it worked, for as long as we offer the tools, to learn which tools are useful. These counts contain no names, addresses, IP addresses, account or conversation IDs. Error logs contain no tool input.

Sharing: we do not sell or share tool data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. ChatGPT and Claude handle your conversations under their own privacy policies (OpenAI and Anthropic).

The free checkup on our website: on /options, your business name, website and the task you describe are used to show your checkup and suggestions and are not stored. If you then ask us to call you, what you send in that form reaches us like the contact form, along with your answers, so we can prepare the call.

Children: the tools are meant for business owners and are not directed to children under 13.
